Payment Methods: Credit card, check or cash accepted. Payment plans available.

Scholarships: Need-based scholarships are available through grants from ArtsWestchester, through county governments; Town of Pelham, New York State Council on the Arts, a state agency, Annual Fund and Robin's Art + Giving Donors. All students must pay at least 25% of fees. Payment plans available. One scholarship per student per term is available. To apply, fill out a scholarship form available from the Art Center or through our website.

Emergency First Aid Forms: Students with a medical condition that could require the Pelham Art Center to administer emergency first aid must have signed consent and medical forms on file.

Rolling Registration: You may enroll in most classes after the class has begun. All fees are prorated except materials and firing fees.

Class Cancellations: Pelham Art Center reserves the rights to cancel classes and delay the class starting date. If cancelled, everyone registered will be notified and immediately sent a full refund.

Weather Related Closings: If weather necessitates closing the Art Center, this information will be on pelhamartcenter.org and on the Center’s telephone recording at 738-2525 ext 111. Make up sessions are scheduled.

Refunds and Credits: Full refunds are made up to one week before the first class. Within one week of class, a $25 fee is retained. Within six days of the class start date, 25% of the fee is kept OR receive a 100% credit for a future class. No refunds are made after classes begin but a credit for future classes is issued. The credit must be used one year from the date of issue. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Tax Identification: Pelham Art Center’s Federal Tax ID # is 51-0164630. This may be needed for income tax filings.

Discounts: Members receive a 10% discount on class fees. Senior Members receive 15% off classes. Discounts are not made for materials fees or firing fees.

Parking: Metered and disabled parking is nearby. $.25 per 20 minutes.
