Chair Yoga


Stretch away stress and anxiety with Chair Yoga! This class invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also really supportive and beneficial. This hour practice invites awareness and integrity into the body, specifically the line of the spine. Chair Yoga increases balance, flexibility, concentration and strength. Take strain off the joints and activate the muscles for better posture and energy flow. Chairs are used in lieu of using yoga mats.
