Winter Class

Sometimes, the most simple color palette is the most effective and perfect design solution. In this class, students will learn to think like a designer and explore the different methods graphic designers use to communicate their ideas. This will be achieved by learning about the elements of design, exploring contrast, and playing with positive and negative space. The classic color combination of black and white eliminates the complexities of working with multiple colors, while allowing plenty of space for limitless creative possibilities. Students will draw their designs in pencil and finish with pen and ink.
