This is a 4-week class for beginners and those with experience who wish to hone their drawing skills. In this course, you will learn how to create a realistic three-dimensional drawing using art rules that are easy to understand and remember. You will be guided through the elements of art with demonstrations, where you’ll learn about line, shape, value, tone, form, composition, perspective and color for those working in pastel. This will be done through weekly observational drawings from life. Soft Pastels will be demonstrated in class for those who choose to focus on the medium.
