Spring Workshop

Gentle Yoga/Meditation

Unlock tension and relieve stress while building core strength and flexibility. Gentle Yoga/Meditation combines breath and flowing movements to cleanse and recharge the body while providing an energizing opportunity to re-connect within. This class will consist of awakening the strength in the muscles and joints, while also cultivating sound healing using singing bowls and mindfulness meditation. Emphasis is on breathing and healthy pose alignment. All levels welcome.

Students are welcome to bring their own yoga mat/towel. Limited amount of yoga mats available.
