This class will be a fun introduction to meditation and yoga techniques which can help create a calm and balanced mind. Students will be physically engaged as they build strong and flexible bodies while practicing methods of relaxation. Participants will practice breathing exercises, yoga poses, visualizations and relaxation activities. Mindfulness yoga will help build your child’s confidence and self-awareness.
