Nature as Art
This class has reached its capacity of students.
Come discover your inner nature while experiencing the beauty of the natural world around us! Through projects such as bouquets of paper flowers, habitat dioramas, and paper mache or clay animals, we will embrace the wonders of nature and allow ourselves to become closer to our surroundings. A combination of materials found in nature and more typical art materials will lend to an earthy mixed media experience including drawing, painting, and sculpture. This will, in turn, foster a greater appreciation of all things natural in an era of ever-changing environments.
