Cyanotype: Make a Sunprint!
Conjure up pictures with the help of sun, water, and magic paper! Sunprints are exciting images based on the cyanotype process, which has been used by artists since its development in the 19th century. Place a fern, flower, or other object on special paper and set it in the sun briefly. Then rinse the paper in water and watch as a beautiful long-lasting image appears! We will dry the paper and enhance our prints using a light application of pastel. Materials Included.
This workshop will be held outside in the Pelham Art Center Courtyard. Rain Date: July 31st.
