Virtual Drawing Workshop: Landscape Basics

Join acclaimed artist and professor Edgar Jerins in his studio for a landscape drawing workshop. The class will go over an explanation of the horizon line, basic compositional strategies, to creating the illusion of depth and detail in drawing a landscape.

Suggested Materials: Paper, eraser, and pencil or charcoal of choice. Students have the choice to set up near a window and draw what’s outside or use an image for reference. The image/photo should be clear and printed at least be 8×10”.

Suggested Age: Adult + Highschool. No prior experience required.
