Pelham Art Center Announces Legacy Gala Award Recipients
Twelve individuals have been announced as recipients of Pelham Art Center Legacy Awards. The awards are to be given during the Pelham Pelham Art Center 50th Anniversary Gala “VISIONS 2020” on Saturday, March 21st at the New York Athletic Club (31 Shore Road, Pelham Manor).
Pelham Art Center’s annual spring gala brings together over 200 supporters to support art, education, and community. The 2020 gala includes a special program celebrating visionary achievements and contributions throughout the organization’s 50 year history. Awardees in seven categories will be recognized for their impact on the founding and development of the Art Center.

Art Happening Original Co-Chairs: Peggy Nicholson & Clue Noble
Visionary Award: Barbara Bratone
Curatorial Vision Award: Alexi Rutsch Brock
Lifetime of Service Award: Nancy Warner, Candace Taubner, & Kathy Rutsch
Lifetime of Service – Education: Susan Nathenson
Lifetime of Service – Employee: Bridget Bettke
Visionary Leadership Award: Diana Reische, Camille Romita, Annette Candido
Pelham Art Center also acknowledges three honorable mentions who were profoundly instrumental in acquiring the property where the Art Center that stands today:
